About
Tymur Khusainov
With 20 years’ experience in banking, I offer my clients unrivalled expertise in the sphere of sustainable investments.
I have served as MD at a major European bank, advised a wide range of corporate and investment banks in the UK, US and EU and overseen development of financial services policy and regulations for the European Commission and European Parliament.
Becoming cleaner, greener and stronger equals opportunity for business. I believe that the time is ripe for the banking and financial industry to get behind sustainable finance in all its forms - from ESG to climate risk assessments to responsible investing. My firsthand experience means I am well placed to help institutions and organisations on that path.
I have a PhD in applied mathematics from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine and MBAs from MIM-Kyiv Business School and Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School of Business. I have published work in a number of scientific journals. I also lecture on econometric and statistics at Kyiv National Economic University and do pro bono outreach on climate risk at Imperial College London.
